Old Tat Magazine

Where fashion and art come together to celebrate a love for old tat.

WOTW: The part, Events Editor

Considering that I was travelling straight from work to head to Hoxton, I needed to pack something reasonably light; something that wouldn’t crease in my bag, and something classic. The answer: my strappy LBD, which I purchased from TK Maxx a couple of months back. Its super flattering silhouette was perfect for a night in London.img_0011

I teamed my little black dress with a pair of silver brogue-style lace up flatforms. A chic choice that I purchased from Urban Outfitters in Covent Garden when I was still at Uni. Then came the accessories… I wanted to make an impact in amongst all the awesome bloggers, photographers and illustrators. I opted for my black velvet turban (I love the jewel on the front), from ASOS and my very bold ‘blue eye’ necklace from a shop in the Brighton lanes.

I wanted to make my makeup quite minimal but as flawless as possible, which kindof went out the window considering how sweaty I got. But a good time was had by all, so I was happy.

I can’t wait for the next event!
